Located within the EMU Campus, Alfam Dormitories is the nearest dormitory to the Departments. Spread over 35 acres of land Alfam provides a service based on the needs of the Students. Our Dormitory is protected by CCTV in all its buildings and corridors as well as 24 hour attendance of Secuirty members. All our rooms are cleaned by our cleaning staff twice a week, the common areas daily and the bed linen changed every week.

Our Dormitories
Alfam Vista: Our new project consists of 192 Double Rooms and 9 businesses include cafeteria, food-court etc. on the ground level. The rooms contain central satellite system with 40” Full HD led TV, hair dryer, Double armchair, adjustable chair, WC, Shower, Kitchen with Cooker, aspirator, microwave, dining table, bar chairs, cloak, full length mirror, balcony with table and two chairs.
Studio Flats: Each flat contains 152 m2 veranda, living area, American Style Kitchen with cooker and refrigerator, shower and toilet, two beds and wardrobes located on the hanging level of the flat. All rooms contain sitting group, AC Unit, and 42” Plasma TV and Satellite.
