Gold Home student residence is located in Eastern Mediterranean University on a wide range of area in which the rooms are designed as optional as single and for two persons. Gold Home entered into service in may 2015 with affordable prices and best quality. It has all kinds of facilities like ; gm, cafeteriasö restaurants, game center and laundry services. Girls and Boys dormitories are in separated blocks with total 700 person capacity. Seaview rooms are availabe and can easily compete with the comfort of your home. Our dormitory is in walking distance which is 100m to the state Hospital and 500m to the sea.
The common areas and all rooms in the dormitory buildins are cleaned routinely by the dormitory staff. Room cleaning is done twice a week. There is 24 hour security service and generator against the power failures. All rooms have 24 hour hot and cold water. Our students have a good time in the restaurants and cafes in our botanical style inner garden.
There are security cameras at all common areas and corridors. All rooms have cold / hot air condition system.
